Privacy
This page describes the privacy behavior of the static website package prepared for RLH Consulting, LLC. It must be reviewed and updated before production services, analytics, forms or a voice-agent platform are connected.
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Current static website behavior
This website package does not include analytics, advertising trackers, cookies, account creation or a server-side contact database. The project-summary form runs in the visitor’s browser and opens the visitor’s email application with a prepared message. The website itself does not receive or store the form fields.
Phone and voice-agent interactions
The included telephone number is a reserved demonstration number and must be replaced before publication. Once RLH connects a real voice-agent or telephone platform, the production privacy notice should explain what data is collected, whether calls are recorded or transcribed, how summaries are used, where data is stored, who can access it, and how long it is retained. Any required notices or consent should be presented before collection.
When a visitor emails RLH, the visitor’s email provider and RLH’s email provider process the message according to their own terms and privacy practices. Visitors should not send passwords, access codes, private keys, payment-card data, sensitive personal information or active security credentials through the website form or initial project intake.
Security and recognition technologies
Projects involving video, license plate recognition, facial recognition, access control or other identity-related systems require project-specific policies and legal review. A production deployment should define purpose, authorized users, notice or consent where applicable, matching thresholds, human review, auditability, retention, deletion and a process for errors or disputes.
Third-party links and media
The website includes attribution links to Wikimedia Commons, Creative Commons and the National Park Service for licensed or public-domain regional photography. External sites have their own privacy practices.
